Rutherglen Library open on Christmas Day
Rutherglen Library will be open on Christmas Day from 11am to 2pm for anyone wanting to take part in some festive games, quizzes and Christmas movie-watching. Of course, you can borrow books and use the computer facilities. Refreshments will be available throughout. All welcome
