Finance
We are most grateful to parishioners for their loyal and generous support of our parish as we fully rely on your generosity to sustain our parish community.
We have provided various ways of making ‘cashless’ donations and these have become essential during the times of ‘lockdown’ when our church is closed. It would be most helpful if you can use these to establish a regular form of giving so that our parish finances remain stable.
We appeal to you to be realistic about the donations which you can provide within your means and, in particular, we ask all taxpayers to use the Gift Aid scheme from which the parish can greatly benefit, at no cost to taxpayers.
- To make a regular contribution, set up a Standing Order from your bank account. Details can be found here.
- You can also make a single or regular donation online or by text.
- The Diocese has set up an online donation system which can be used to donate to a particular Diocesan fund (such as the Retired Priests fund) or to our own parish.
- It is also possible to raise funds for the parish when you purchase certain items online and the seller will donate a small percentage of your payment to the parish – at no cost to you. Click here for details.
