An ‘Understanding Bereavement’ Introductory Workshop will take place on Saturday 13th October 2018 from 10.30 am until 3.15 pm in St Columbkille’s Hall (First Floor).  This workshop will help to explain the various different stages of grieving and different types of grief to enable you to help support bereaved people. This may appeal to those who deal with this in their place of work or in their families and those who have been bereaved.  However, anyone who has suffered a close bereavement in the last 1-2 years may find it difficult and should wait for a while before taking this on.
