The recent AGM of our Parish Council on 29th August 2017 demonstrated the need for a new Constitution. This will be based on the Parish Mission Statement which is now being consulted upon, Fr Pat, President of the Parish Council, will chair this EGM at which we will consider important matters for the Parish. Office bearers are necessary for the functioning of a Parish Council. Nominations for Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary can be emailed to stcolumbkille@btconnect.com and can also be made at the meeting itself.
The agenda of the EGM will be:
- To consider the Mission Statement
- To consider how our existing Constitution serves the Mission of our parish
- To elect Office bearers
