An Extraordinary General Meeting of St Columbkille’s Parish Council will take place on Tuesday 10th October 2017 at 7.00 pm in the Church Hall. Our Parish Council AGM on 29 August has demonstrated the need for a new Constitution. This will be based on the Mission Statement recently enclosed with the bulletin and available on the website. Father Hennessy, President of the Parish Council, will chair the EGM. Office Bearers are necessary for the functioning of a Parish Council. Nominations for Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary can be made on the parish email or parish website, and also on the night of the meeting. The business of the EGM will be:

• To consider the Mission Statement
• To consider how our existing Constitution serves the Mission of our Parish
• To elect Office Bearers.
