Our Sacristans do vital work to prepare the altar and the sanctuary for the celebration of the Sacred Mysteries.
Their work includes preparing ahead of each Mass to fill the cruets with water and wine, check that the candlesticks are filled with oil and lit. After each Mass, candles are extinguished and cruets are washed.
